In order to ensure good quality management and build a management company that will specialise exclusively in fixed income products, we will discontinue equity management at this time. In addition, sufficient volume has not been achieved in the Fund. Even with the good history of the Fund, Kraft Finans therefore believes that it is in the interest of the customers to discontinue the Fund.
The manager of Kraft Global is also co-manager of the fixed income funds Kraft Høyrente and Kraft Nordic Bonds.
Divestment/liquidation
The portfolio in Kraft Global consists mainly of large, liquid, quality companies and the portfolio will be liquidated on an ongoing basis when the Fund is closed for trading, which was 1 September 2023. It will take up to two months before the settlement is paid to the customers due to settlement, outstanding costs (such as tax, audit and other). The actual cost of liquidation will be borne by Kraft Finans AS so that you as a customer will not pay for this.
